These Rules of Conduct apply to anyone accessing the Homegrown website or using our Services. These Rules of Conduct are in addition to our Terms of Service. By using Homegrown, you agree to these Rules of Conduct and the Terms of Service: 1.Protect the privacy of yourself and others. Sharing private or personally identifiable information of any kind in public spaces is prohibited.
2.Your account must be tied to your identity. Do not provide false or misleading information about yourself.
3.Be respectful towards other Vendors. Don't use community spaces to publicly disparage a specific Vendor, Market Coordinator, a Homegrown representative, or a specific product or good.
4.Spamming any content is prohibited.
5.Transactions occurring outside of the Homegrown Services are prohibited.
6.Don't use Homegrown spaces to harass other Users. Similarly, don’t post content in Homegrown spaces that may promote, support, or glorify hatred, misinformation, or otherwise denigrate other Users. Discrimination or harassment of any type is strictly prohibited.
7.Don't publish or post threats of violence against others or promote or encourage others to engage in violence or illegal activity.
8.Don't engage in illegal activity or activity that infringes someone's intellectual property, or encourage others to engage in that type of activity.
If you are found to be in violation of any of these Rules of Conduct, Homegrown may remove access to or terminate your account and you will not be entitled to any refunds.
