What is HomeGrown?
HomeGrown is an online eCommerce platform dedicated to the Vendors that make Farmers Markets successful within our communities. We provide a comprehensive directory of farmers markets, allowing users to discover fresh, locally-sourced produce and artisanal goods.
Do I need an account to use HomeGrown?
You can browse the HomeGrown directory without an account, but creating an account allows you to save your favorite markets, receive notifications about new listings, and place orders with participating Vendors.
How do I stay updated on new farmers markets and products?
By creating an account on HomeGrown, you can subscribe to our newsletter and receive regular updates on new farmers markets, vendors, and products added to our directory. You can also follow us on social media for the latest news and updates.
How can I add my local Farmers Market to HomeGrown?
We try our best to keep our information up to date using community involvement and suggestions but sometimes we don't get them all. If your market is missing, you can submit the information about the market by using the link 'Suggest a New Market' in our footer or on our 'Market' page. Our team will review your submission and get in touch with you for further details in necessary.
How does HomeGrown work?
HomeGrown works by aggregating data from various Farmers Markets, providing users with detailed information about the markets, including location, hours of operation, events, questions and answers, and vendor listings. Users can browse, search, and even order products directly from participating Vendors on the platform.

Account Management

What should I do if I suspect unauthorized activity on my account?
If you suspect any unauthorized activity on your HomeGrown account, immediately change your password and contact our customer support team by emailing help@findhomegrown.com. Provide details of the suspicious activity, and our team will investigate and take necessary actions to secure your account.
How do I create an account on HomeGrown?
To create an account on HomeGrown, click on the 'Sign In' button on the top right corner of the homepage. Fill in your details, including your name, email address, and password or select to your a linked account from Google or Facebook. After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation email with a verification code. Grab that code and finish the signup and start using HomeGrown.
How can I update my account information?
To update your account information, log in to your HomeGrown account and go to the 'My Account' page. Here, you can update your avatar (your picture), name, address, and other account preferences. Remember to save your changes before exiting the page.
I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
If you have forgotten your password, click on the 'Forgot your password?' link on the login page. Enter your registered email address, and we will send you a link to reset your password. Follow the instructions in the email to set a new password.

How can I find upcoming events at my local farmers market?
To find upcoming events at your local Farmers Market, visit the 'Events' page of your local market. You can see upcoming events on your local market's main page and the Events page(via Events tab) too.
Can I subscribe to notifications for new events and news?
Yes, by favoriting your local farmers markets, you'll receive emails of new events added to the market.
