About Gary's Granola

One fateful day, 2 years ago, my dad, Gary Pearlz, decided to make some granola. Little did he know how much he would enjoy the process making it, and, of course, taste-testing the product. He then spent the next 2 years baking roughly a batch per week, making small changes and tweaks each time. Some may have called him a perfectionist, but he has landed on a recipe that had family, friends, and family friends telling Gary that he should start selling it, that they would buy it. Somehow, the idea sounded less and less crazy, and now, with the help of me, his kid Emmett, here we are, venturing into the cutthroat granola industry!
