Every time I bake, I pull out my granny's recipe. It was handwritten likely around 1950. I follow each step just like she taught me in her Selma, Alabama kitchen! Our family recipes have been passed down generation to generation. Me - I love to travel, and each country I visit I love to emerge myself in the local culture, the flavors, the sounds, the vibes!! I now add a modern touch to granny's timeless recipe by adding the international flavors my granny could only have dreamed of.....if she had a passport!
