Follower of Jesus| Mom of two | Cardiology PA. I started making sourdough because I wanted better bread for my family—made with real, organic ingredients I could feel good feeding my kids. What started in my kitchen grew from a desire for simple, nourishing food. My daughter soon became interested in bread too, and before long, she was joining me in the kitchen and helping out. A love of bread soon turned into a little mother-daughter business, and I cherish every minute we spend together, elbow-deep in flour. When I am not at the hospital, you’ll find me day dreaming about new sourdough recipes, driving kids from one activity to the next, trying to sneak in a walk through the woods with my dog Margo, reading a good book, or gathering around the table with the people I love.
