Welcome to Surfside Sourdough by Shar! I bake artisan, small-batch sourdough fresh daily right here in the Surfside neighborhood of Huntington Beach. Every loaf is crafted with care using a lively 100% hydration starter (named Frank), giving it that perfect blistered crust, open crumb, and distinct tangy flavor. My rustic boules are an absolute show-stopper for parties and gatherings. Serving sliced with high quality butter, dipping oils, or spreadable cheese are just a few of my favorite ways to eat them!
