These are the favorite in my household. My SO is from Sweden, and when I first tried them, I quickly became addicted. They take a full day to make with proving time and cold fermentation. They’re not as heavy and sugary with icing as the American version. They have cinnamon and cardamom, giving it a bit of a citrusy taste with the traditional butter, cinnamon, and brown sugar. I braid them into knots, so the cinnamon sugar is all throughout and they’re fun to pull apart. They’re topped with traditional Swedish pearl sugar. Organic ingredients. They’re so good hot. Highly recommend putting in oven for 5-10 minutes at 200, or microwave for 10-15 second until warm. $7 for single roll $12 for 2 $23 for 4 $33 for 6  $64 for snowflake/wreath shape (full batch) or 12

I love the feel of cafés and bakeries in Europe. They somehow taste like they have no calories (lol). So fresh, no weird oils, or “natural flavors”. Just simple, whole ingredients, from pristine soil. Theres a soul that comes in each bite. I wanted that here, so I’ve put my heart into reinventing it in my own kitchen. I love using sourdough to make things a bit healthier and tastier. I import flour from Italy, because I think their flour is the best in the world! After being diagnosed with autoimmune disease, I’ve really focused on limiting things that add to flares and inflammation. It’s why I use all organic, grass-fed, pasture-raised ingredients. I will never use anything that doesn't come from the earth or weird chemicals. I want your family to be able to enjoy tasty treats without worrying about what’s in it ᵕ̈ I’ve already done the research for you. If you pickup from our home, send me a message ahead of time, and I’ll make you a coffee, espresso, latte, cappuccino to-go. I hope my cookies and baked goods will make your heart smile like mine does when I’m sitting outside of a European café.
