All organic ingredients. Cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil and filtered R/O water are used to make this dough. The sourdough makes this dough really tasty and unique. It’s not overpowering, but you can taste it’s there. It’s delicious and chewy with a bit of a crunch. So much fun to make your own pizza at home! Each one makes a single large pizza.
I love the feel of cafés and bakeries in Europe. They somehow taste like they have no calories (lol). So fresh, no weird oils, or “natural flavors”. Just simple, whole ingredients, from pristine soil. Theres a soul that comes in each bite. I wanted that here, so I’ve put my heart into reinventing it in my own kitchen. I love using sourdough to make things a bit healthier and tastier. I import flour from Italy, because I think their flour is the best in the world! After being diagnosed with autoimmune disease, I’ve really focused on limiting things that add to flares and inflammation. It’s why I use all organic, grass-fed, pasture-raised ingredients. I will never use anything that doesn't come from the earth or weird chemicals.
