I use organic imported Italian flour to make these loafs easy to digest. Often einkorn flour with a mix of a couple others. This bread elevates any meal or charcuterie board! Loaves are about a 24 hour process for bulk fermentation, so they’re generally ready for Thursday pickups. Happy to collaborate on fun flavors.
I love the feel of cafés and bakeries in Europe. They somehow taste like they have no calories (lol). So fresh, no weird oils, or “natural flavors”. Just simple, whole ingredients, from pristine soil. Theres a soul that comes in each bite. I wanted that here, so I’ve put my heart into reinventing it in my own kitchen. I love using sourdough to make things a bit healthier and tastier. I import flour from Italy, because I think their flour is the best in the world! After being diagnosed with autoimmune disease, I’ve really focused on limiting things that add to flares and inflammation. It’s why I use all organic, grass-fed, pasture-raised ingredients. I will never use anything that doesn't come from the earth or weird chemicals.
