I love the feel of cafés and bakeries in Europe. They somehow taste like they have no calories (lol). So fresh, no weird oils, or “natural flavors”. After being diagnosed with autoimmune disease, I’ve really focused on limiting things that add to flares and inflammation. It’s why I use all organic, grass-fed, pasture-raised ingredients. I will never use anything that doesn't come from the earth or weird chemicals.
