Hello, hello! Thanks for stopping by! I have always loved working with sourdough and taking another crusty, golden loaf from the oven is always a delight! But my sourdough journey took another twist when I met whole cell crushed grains. This grain is crushed but never processed leaving the flour full of nutrients.
