Cilantro microgreens are, dare we say, far superior to the cilantro at the herb stage. The flavor is everything you want from cilantro but they are extremely tender. Add them as a final touch to a dish like simple jasmine rice and your guests will want seconds! We grow cilantro microgreens in limited quantities so if you want them on a regular basis let us know as we are happy to grow to order.

Wee Mite Microgreens is a small-batch microgreens farm in Princeton, Massachusetts growing pea, broccoli, kale, radish, mixes as well as other varieties from organic seed, without chemicals, in 2 oz packs. The name comes from my grandmother's pony farm in the 1950s and her belief that small things make a big impact. Order ahead here and pick up at the market.
