My love of pasta comes from memories of making pasta with my Italian grandmother in her kitchen. I would sit at the end of the table and fill ravioli, make cavitelli, and using her pasta maker, roll the sheets of pasta through the machine until they were nice and thin. I am making the same memories with my own grandchildren and now would like to bring this lovely, beautiful pasta home to you. Because I am conscious about freshness, nutrition and pesticides in our food, I always use organic flour...I may grind the flour from wheat berries, or I purchase already made organic flour in all my products.
