Pizza is one of those things that we have always had in our fridge for those - I don't want to cook tonight nights. But in our quest for living and eating healthier we could not find a good option in the store that didn't contain some ingredient we just could do without. So here you go, we are offering you what we now eat. A mozzarella cheese pizza or a perfect base for additional topping of your choosing made on our very own sourdough pizza dough. We have sourced cheese from the best sources we can find and we are making the sauce from our produce in the garden, so you know what you are getting is way better than what you find in the frozen section of your store
These will come frozen to your door ready to be made that very night or to be placed back in the freezer for that night you just don't want to spend a lot of time in the kitchen.
Ingredients include:
Classica pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese and our sourdough pizza dough.
For those who want to start from scratch and make your own pizza just for fun, we are offering Homemade Sourdough dough ready to make one Large 16 inch pizza or two 8 inch small pizzas. Made with Organic Bread Flour(Ingredients Below). It will be freshly made on Monday to be packed and delivered on Tuesday. It can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 days easily after you receive it or you can simply freeze it by placing it in our freezer bag. It will come with baking instructions via text if you order one.
Ingredients:
100% unbleached organic hard wheat flour and malted barley flour, spring water, sourdough starter, extra virgin olive oil and Himalayan salt.
