This is a version of granola she loves from the store called seven days bright side granola WITHOUT all the extra preservatives and items you can't pronounce therefor shouldn't eat. The other beauty is we are making for you cheaper than what you get it in the store. WIN WIN!
Homemade 5oz/150g/3 serving package of Crunchy Granola mix. It's super crunchy and delicious. Granola can be a filling snack on its own, a hearty yogurt topping, or a more nutritious cereal option- any way you enjoy granola. It will loose granola since we are using Maple syrup as the binder. I eat it as cereal all the time.
Ingredients:
Sprouted organic and gluten free Oats, almonds, dates, seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, chia and flax), freeze dried (blueberries, strawberries and raspberries), Himalayan salt, maple syrup and coconut oil.
Sugar free option takes out the maple syrup and replaces it with a Monk Fruit with erythrol liquid mixture and adds one egg white.
