East Timor peaberry arabica is highly regarded for its low-key yet complex profile, often described as a cleaner, less "earthy" alternative to other Indonesian coffees like Sumatra. it is primarily grown in the mountainous high-altitude region of Ermera and handpicked by smallholder farmers and marketed through the Cooperativa Cafe Timor.
