A whole chicken offers a diversity of meal options! You can oven roast it or smoke it on the grill for a beautiful main dish. You can throw it in the crockpot or Instant Pot and use the meat for dishes like soups or enchiladas. You're left with bones to make broth. Our meat is tender and flavorful thanks to our chickens' diverse grazing diet and exposure to sunshine.
