Our cozy, aromatic twist on our classic sourdough. During the final shaping process, we laminate a generous layer of sweet cinnamon and brown sugar directly into the dough, rolling it tight to create a beautiful interior swirl pattern. As it bakes, the sugar caramelizes to create a soft, warmly spiced interior with a crisp outer crust.
