This delicious bread is lighter than our whole grain but not white. The crumb is airier, and the taste is lighter. It is made with high-extraction spelt flour (light spelt), which has only the largest pieces of bran removed, keeping most of the grain's nutrition intact. The ingredients are just organic spelt flour, water, and Baja sea salt. Baja sea salt is one of the purest and most mineral rich sea salts. NOTE for mail orders: We prefer to ship orders beginning of the week in order to prevent the bread from sitting in a Wearhouse over weekends (non business days), depending on your location we will determine the best possible day to ship to avoid this issue.
