This is a 100% organic spelt sourdough with no other wheat or grain. The ingredients are simple: organic stone-ground spelt flour, ionized alkaline water, and Baja sea salt. We stone-mill the flour seconds before baking to ensure maximum nutrition retention. Deep in flavor and very filling. Most people find it easier to digest than traditional wheat breads. Baja sea salt is one of the most mineral dense salts with the least unwanted heavy metals from the sea salts available. NOTE for mail orders: We prefer to ship beginning of the week in order to prevent the bread from sitting in a Wearhouse over weekends (non business days), depending on your location we will determine the best possible day to ship to avoid this issue.
