Long-fermented 36 hours for deep flavor, blistered golden crust, and that soft, chewy sourdough crumb you want. The rosemary is folded into the dough so every slice is aromatic and savory — not just sprinkled on top.
Amazing toasted with butter, served with olive oil and balsamic, or alongside soups, pasta, and roasts.
